Assessment Prompt
Tell us what employees need to learn.
Your prompt is ready.
Before copying, read the prompt below and check these three things:
- Employees: Does it name the right people and their experience level? For example, new receptionists rather than experienced managers.
- Skill and correct result: Does it say what they must do and what counts as doing it correctly? For a phone message, this means recording all four details and reading the name and number back.
- Training content: Did you paste the right instructions, including any important rules or exceptions? Make sure nothing needed for the assessment is missing.
Need a correction? Edit the matching answer above, then click Create my prompt again. You do not need to edit the generated prompt itself.
When those details are correct, click Copy assessment prompt and paste it into your AI tool.
Once AI creates your assessment, copy the complete assessment, including its answers or scoring checklist. Click Next: Check the assessment, then paste it into Your draft assessment.
Ask another AI tool to check the assessment.
Paste the assessment created by the AI tool you used in Step 1, including its answers or scoring checklist.
Your checker prompt is ready.
Before copying, read the prompt below and check these two things:
- Original requirements: Are the employees, skill, correct result, and training content still right? The checker uses these to judge the assessment.
- Assessment to check: Is this the complete, latest version from Step 1? Include every question or task, plus the answer key or scoring checklist.
Wrong requirements? Go to 1 Create, correct your answers, and click Create my prompt again. Return here and click Create my checker prompt again. If the changes affect the assessment, revise it in your AI tool and paste the revised version here first.
Wrong or incomplete assessment? Replace the text in Your draft assessment above, then click Create my checker prompt again.
When those details are correct, click Copy checker prompt and paste it into a different AI model from the one you used in Step 1.
Read the checker feedback. If changes are needed, create a revision prompt here using your saved Step 1 answers.
Revise the assessment.
Your Step 1 answers and the draft assessment are included automatically.
Read the feedback first. Remove suggestions you do not want, or add a note explaining which changes to make.
Your revision prompt is ready.
After reviewing this prompt, click Copy revision prompt and paste it into the first AI tool—the one you used in Step 1 to create the assessment.
Before copying, check that it includes the right assessment and the changes you want. To correct the feedback, edit it above and click Create my revision prompt again.
The revision prompt includes your original requirements, assessment, and selected checker feedback so that AI can revise the assessment.
When AI gives you the revised assessment, review that version in Step 3. To check it with AI again, replace Your draft assessment above with the revised version and create a new checker prompt.
Give the final assessment a human review.
Look at the latest assessment in your AI tool. Check each statement only after you have verified it.
If the job requires doing a task, a multiple-choice score alone may not show they can perform it. Add a demonstration when needed.
If any statement is unchecked, revise the assessment before using it.
You make the final decision. AI feedback and checked boxes do not verify the assessment for you.
